During this appointment, you’ll officially consent to start your fertility treatment, and we’ll cover the important legal aspects. What You Need Before Consent
Before you can give your consent, we’ll need a few things in place:
- Results from your ovarian assessment
- A semen analysis if you’re planning to use partner sperm
- Virology screening results for the female patient
- Virology screening results for the partner
- A rubella test result for the female patient
- A Chlamydia test result for the female patient
- A smear test result for the female patient
- Photographic ID and passport numbers (or NHS Numbers) for both parties
