Whether you’re a new patient or returning, you can start or continue with various services like virtual consultations, diagnostic testing (think ultrasounds, bloodwork, and more), ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, and even oncofertility preservation. Just a heads up, some locations might have limited hours, so it’s a good idea to check in for the latest updates.
Cycle Disruption Policy
Now, let’s talk about our Cycle Disruption Policy. If anyone shows signs of illness or tests positive for COVID-19 during their treatment, we’ll need to pause or cancel the cycle. If that happens before retrieval, we’ll set up a credit balance based on the services provided, but please note that this doesn’t extend to third-party services like medications or genetic testing.
