Meet Sarah Williams
Meet Sarah Williams, our wonderful Nurse-Midwife. With over ten years in the Bay Area birth community, Sarah has worn many hats—from doula to childbirth educator to midwife. Before joining us at Millie, she spent several years at a major health system honing her midwifery skills as part of an amazing interdisciplinary team.
Sarah feels privileged to support families during these transformative times, where relationships with partners, family, and community often come to the forefront. Her approach is all about blending thorough, evidence-based care with a deep respect for each individual’s understanding of their own body. She holds space for the sacred moments that this journey entails.
She earned her Master’s in Nursing from UCSF, where she became a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. When she’s not at the clinic, you might find her exploring the East Bay hills with her adorable dog, Bella, or whipping up some delicious meals at home.
