After thorough fertility evaluations, your dedicated nurse or physician will design a customized treatment plan just for you. We have a variety of options to maximize your chances of conception, and your doctor will select the most suitable approach based on your unique situation and test results. Our state-of-the-art fertility center features a lab, sperm bank, egg bank, and embryo bank, providing a comprehensive range of treatment solutions.
Treatment Options
The right treatment depends on what’s causing your challenges in conceiving. At TFP Kinderwens, we embrace all families—heterosexual couples, lesbian couples, and single women. We provide therapies for irregular menstrual cycles, as well as IUI, IVF, and ICSI procedures. We also facilitate the use of donated sperm or eggs if needed.
Open All Year Round
Our fertility center is unique in the Netherlands for being open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Generally, there’s no waiting list to begin treatments at TFP Kinderwens. However, for initial consultations or treatments involving donated materials, a brief wait may apply, and we’ll keep you updated.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
IVF is a form of assisted reproduction where fertilization occurs outside the body in a lab setting. Learn more about this method and how it can help you.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
IUI involves placing processed sperm directly into the uterus, which can boost your chances of conception by timing it perfectly with your menstrual cycle. If you’re curious about this technique, check out more information here.
ICSI
ICSI is a specific type of IVF where a single sperm is injected directly into an egg. This is particularly useful in certain infertility cases.
TESE Treatment
For men with low sperm counts or those unable to ejaculate, TESE can be a solution. This method allows for sperm extraction directly from the testicles, which can then be used for conception.
Hormone Treatment for Irregular Cycles
If irregular menstrual cycles are affecting your ability to conceive, hormone treatments might help stabilize ovulation. Many times, hormonal imbalances are the root cause of these disruptions.
Cryopreservation
This technique allows us to freeze various cells and tissues for future use, maintaining their viability for later.
Oocyte Donation
Women who cannot produce their own eggs but have a functioning uterus can benefit from donated eggs to create embryos with their partner or a sperm donor.
Social Freezing
Women can opt for social freezing of their eggs to preserve fertility for non-medical reasons, especially if they wish to delay starting a family.
Using Donated Sperm
IUI with donated sperm (IUI-D) can help heterosexual couples where the male partner faces infertility or for single women and lesbian couples wanting to conceive.
Embryo Donation
Couples with remaining embryos from IVF or ICSI treatments can donate them to those who cannot conceive with their own reproductive materials.
Become a Donor
If you’re considering making a difference in someone’s life, think about becoming an egg or sperm donor. Your contribution could help someone fulfill their dream of parenthood.
Psychological Counselling
We value your emotional well-being as much as your physical health. Our clinic incorporates counseling to support you throughout your journey.
RI Witness
To prevent mix-ups in the IVF lab, every sample is carefully labeled with the patient’s details to ensure safety and accuracy.
Embryo Transfer
The embryo transfer is a straightforward procedure, but it marks a significant moment for couples hoping to become parents. We handle each embryo with the utmost care, recognizing their importance.
