That’s awesome! If you’re keen to get started, just fill out the registration form below, and one of our friendly donor specialists will reach out to you soon to chat about your eligibility. Curious about sperm donation? Let’s break it down!

Who Can Donate?

We’re looking for guys aged between 18 and 45 who meet a few criteria: you should be open to medical screenings, have no serious health issues or hereditary conditions in your family, and be ready to share your complete medical history. You’ll also need to be registered with the HFEA and commit to weekly visits at your chosen TFP Fertility clinic for about three months. Remember, we only want high-quality sperm to help achieve successful pregnancies, so only a small number of applicants will make the cut.

Diving into the Application

You’ll pick your title, provide some personal details like your name and date of birth, and let us know where you’re from. Are you living in the UK? Yes or no? If yes, what’s your occupation? Also, which TFP Fertility clinic do you want to work with?

When it comes to your health history, we really need to know if you’ve had any medical issues, been hospitalized, or even if you’ve taken any medications lately. If you’ve ever had any type of tattoo or piercing, let us know too!

Your Lifestyle Matters

And hey, how about your lifestyle? Have you smoked or vaped recently? What’s your average alcohol intake? We also want to know your family’s medical background—any health problems or genetic disorders running in the family?

If you’re in a relationship, we’d like to know if your partner is on board with your donation plans. And if you’ve fathered any pregnancies before, we’d appreciate the details.
