2. Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. It is void where prohibited. The Sponsor and its affiliates, including their employees and family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Winner Selection
A winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The drawing will occur 7 days after the end of the Sweepstakes and will be conducted by the Sponsor or its representatives. The chances of winning depend on the volume of entries. The winner will be notified via email at the address provided when entering, no later than 7 days after the drawing. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize via email within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize. The winner might need to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release (collectively referred to as “Prize Claim Documents”). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
4. Prizes
One winner will receive a Mockingbird High Chair, valued at approximately $225. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and certificates are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable. The approximate retail value (ARV) is determined by the Sponsor and is final. If the prize’s actual value is less than the ARV, the difference will not be compensated. The Sponsor does not guarantee the prize’s appearance, safety, or performance and will not replace any lost or stolen items. All federal, state, and local taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Noncompliance with the Official Rules may lead to prize forfeiture.
5. Online Entry
To enter the Sweepstakes during the promotion period, sign into the entry form and complete the tasks outlined. The entry form is available on our website. Automated or robotic entries will be disqualified. Each entry must be made by the individual entrant. Any attempt to submit more entries than permitted using multiple identities or email addresses will result in disqualification. All entries must be submitted before the promotion period ends, and the Sponsor’s database clock is the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes.
6. Privacy
If selected as a winner, certain personal information may be disclosed to third parties as required by law, including on a winner’s list. All personal data provided during the Sweepstakes may be shared among the Sponsor and its affiliates, who will use the information according to their privacy policies. 8. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors related to submissions, whether caused by users or technical issues. The Sponsor does not accept responsibility for lost or misdirected mail, technical malfunctions, or any issues that could affect the Sweepstakes’ administration. If the Sweepstakes cannot proceed as planned for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify it. In the case of disputes about entries, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address.
