Hey there, friends!

We wanted to check in with you since our last update on April 21st. We’ve been keeping a close eye on the COVID-19 situation in our area, and your safety is our top priority. Our team has been following all the guidelines from health authorities to ensure that we can provide care safely.

As of May 4th, we’re happy to announce that we’re starting a cautious and controlled re-launch of certain treatment cycles. If you’re planning for any of these processes, you can begin as soon as your next menstrual cycle starts:

  • IVF for embryo creation (Freeze All, PGT-A)
  • Egg freezing
  • Oocyte thaw for embryo creation
  • Frozen donor egg for embryo creation

Then, starting June 1st, we’ll expand to include:

  • Intrauterine insemination (IUI)
  • Frozen embryo transfer (FET)
  • Fresh embryo transfer

To keep everyone safe, we’re implementing strict social distancing measures at our facility. You can read all about our patient safety guidelines on our website.

For those of you whose cycles were interrupted due to COVID-19, many of you have already discussed your next steps with our Clinical Coordinators. If you haven’t had a chance to connect yet and want to start one of the mentioned cycles in the next couple of months, please reach out! Our team will walk you through the protocol, medications, and any health updates you might need.

Moving forward, we ask that you give us a call on Day 1 of your cycle. You can reach your Care Team directly or call our office.

We know that delays can be really tough, and we are excited to help you continue on your journey to parenthood in the safest way possible.

Onsite Safety Updates

We’ve made some significant adjustments to our protocols to protect everyone at our facility:

  • Face Masks: We require that all visitors wear face masks while at the clinic. If we provide one for you, please use it for all future visits.
  • Screening upon Entry: Everyone entering our clinic will undergo a temperature check and a screening for COVID-19 symptoms. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Guest Policy: In an effort to minimize foot traffic, we’re only allowing scheduled patients into the clinic. Unfortunately, we can’t allow visitors or children at this time.

If anyone shows symptoms during a treatment cycle or tests positive for COVID-19, that cycle will be canceled or suspended. We will issue credit balances for services rendered on a case-by-case basis, but unfortunately, we can’t extend credits for third-party services.

New Patient Consults

We’re still offering consultations via phone or video. If you want to schedule one, you can find all the info on our website. As a reminder, preparing for treatment can take 4-6 weeks, and we’re here to help make that process as smooth as possible.

We look forward to supporting you in your journey toward parenthood as soon as we can do so safely.

In summary, we are excited to gradually resume certain treatment options while prioritizing safety. Our team is here to support you, and as always, we’re eager to help you on your path to parenthood.
