Hey there, friends!
We wanted to give you an update since our last chat on March 19th. Things have been changing quickly with the whole coronavirus situation, and we’re doing our best to keep up with the latest guidance from health authorities like the CDC and WHO.
First off, we’re still here for you! Our center is open for select in-person appointments, and we’re also offering telemedicine consults for those that don’t require an in-office visit. If you’re curious about how our virtual appointments work, check out our Virtual Appointment FAQ page for all the details. Remember, getting ready for treatment usually takes about 4-6 weeks, and we want to help you through this prep time to avoid any unnecessary delays.
What this means for our existing patients:
We encourage you to reach out to your care team to set up an appointment. They’ll help you figure out your pre-treatment options and create a timeline for your next steps.
And for new patients:
We’re conducting new patient consults over the phone or via video chat, with the option for a quick in-office ultrasound if needed. We’ll get back to regular visits as soon as we can, following local guidelines. To book your new patient appointment, just give us a call or fill out the form on our website.
Regarding new treatment cycles:
Following the updated ASRM guidelines from March 31, we’re focused on ensuring everyone’s safety while still providing urgent reproductive care. Infertility is a real concern, and we’re treating it seriously. To prepare our lab for when we can resume normal operations, we’re rescheduling cycles that were supposed to start from March 17 to April 13. If your cycle is set for after April 13, we’ll reach out with more info, but don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
If you need to reschedule, we promise to make it happen as quickly as possible. We’re as eager to get back to providing care as you are, and we’ll keep you updated regularly.
Safety Guidelines in Our Office:
Your health is our top priority. To keep everyone safe, we’ve made some changes:
- Limiting visitors during in-office appointments.
- Screening staff and patients before entry.
- Regularly disinfecting high-touch areas.
- Keeping any sick employees at home.
- Providing ongoing training on safety practices.
If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out. We’ll continue to share updates through our website, social media, and email. We’re honored to support you on your fertility journey and are here for you every step of the way.
