These Terms and Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) govern the purchase and redemption of any MakeAmom Gift Card. By purchasing, using, or accepting a MakeAmom Gift Card, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Gift Card Terms, you are not authorized to purchase or redeem a MakeAmom Gift Card.
1. Redemption and Balance
MakeAmom Gift Cards can only be used to redeem eligible products within the United States via the MakeAmom website. These Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, transferred for value, resold, or exchanged for cash (except where required by law). No taxes are applied at the time of purchase, but applicable taxes and shipping fees may be charged when redeeming a Gift Card. Purchases made using your Gift Card will reduce your MakeAmom Balance. Any remaining balance will stay linked to your MakeAmom account. If your purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using a credit card or another approved payment method.
2. Limitations, Restrictions, and Risk of Loss
Gift Cards are non-refundable. MakeAmom is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or for any unauthorized use. Therefore, please safeguard your Gift Card. These Gift Card Terms may change at any time without prior notice at the discretion of MakeAmom. The use of Gift Cards for unauthorized advertising, marketing, or other commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Gift Cards may not be combined with certain promotions, and the company reserves the right to limit the number of Gift Cards an individual can purchase or redeem. If there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity regarding a Gift Card, MakeAmom reserves the right to void the Gift Card or any associated balance and may require alternative payment methods.
3. Expiration
MakeAmom Gift Cards do not expire and will not reduce in value if unused. No activation fees, service charges, or any other fees will be charged.
