After exploring options like sperm banks, IUI, and ICI, they discovered their known donor and a unique at-home insemination method!
Meet Jess and Alex
Hey there! Meet “Jess” and her partner “Alex.” They tied the knot in August 2020 and immediately started considering how to grow their family. By September, they were diving into research on sperm banks, IUI, and ICI methods. Luckily, a close friend stepped up to be their sperm donor!
Jess took the first leap into trying to conceive, but after a few unsuccessful cycles and a miscarriage, a visit to the doctor revealed that she had PCOS, making things a bit trickier. So, in January, they decided it was Alex’s turn to try for a baby.
A Successful At-Home Insemination Method
After a few more attempts, they stumbled upon a comfortable and easy at-home insemination method that really worked for them. After just two cycles, they finally saw that positive result! They found it empowering to embrace the diverse ways families can be formed and believe that love is what truly matters in creating a family.
