Hey there, friends! We wanted to share the latest updates on the ongoing COVID-19 situation, which continues to evolve and impact our daily lives. It’s crucial for you to know that we are keeping a close eye on all developments and following guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and local health authorities. We understand you may have concerns about how this affects your fertility treatments, so we’re here to ensure you feel supported and informed as you navigate this journey.

Health & Safety First

If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell with symptoms like a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, please reach out to your healthcare provider. If you’re struggling to breathe, don’t hesitate to go to the nearest emergency room.

As part of our safety measures, all patients entering our facility will undergo a health screening regarding recent travel and possible COVID-19 exposure. If you’re currently in treatment and have symptoms or have traveled to a high-risk area, please contact us right away to discuss your options.

Social Distancing & Guest Policies

To keep everyone safe, we’re promoting social distancing by offering telemedicine appointments for new patient consultations and follow-ups that don’t require in-person visits. If you have any questions about insurance coverage for these virtual appointments, our team is here to help.

Additionally, we are implementing a one-guest policy. Only one person can accompany you during your visit, and unfortunately, we can’t allow children or pets in the office right now. We’re also limiting visits from outside vendors to reduce risk.

Fertility Treatment Changes

For our patients currently in treatment, we’re still here for you. However, if you started your ovarian stimulation before March 16, 2020, we will continue your cycle. Please note that from March 17 to March 31, 2020, we will have to reschedule any cycles aimed at immediate pregnancy, including IUI and embryo transfers, following the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) guidelines.

New Patient Consultations

We’re happy to offer new patient consults via phone or video calls instead of in-person meetings until further notice. If you need to schedule a consultation, you can easily do so with our team.

Refund Policy for Cycle Disruptions

For those already in a cycle, if you develop symptoms or have confirmed exposure to COVID-19, your treatment may be delayed or canceled at the discretion of our medical team. In such cases, we will provide credit for medical expenses incurred up until the cancellation, excluding medication costs.

If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our team. We’re dedicated to keeping you updated and are honored to support you on your fertility journey.
