On #BumpDay, we come together to advocate for the maternal support every mother deserves, ensuring that all families can enjoy a healthy start, regardless of their race, location, or financial circumstances.
What is #BumpDay?
A Message from Jessica Harper
Healthy futures begin with strong beginnings, and it is crucial for every mother to receive the respectful and responsive healthcare necessary for a safe pregnancy and a healthy future for herself and her baby. Unfortunately, numerous barriers hinder many mothers from accessing this care. This reality is unacceptable, which is why I initiated #BumpDay in partnership with the Make A Mom community.
Motherhood is a universal bond, and we must uplift each other, particularly our Black and Brown mothers who often face heightened challenges. Join us on July 24 for #BumpDay to support practical, impactful solutions that ensure more mothers experience healthy pregnancies and safe deliveries. We encourage you to share personal stories illustrating the effects of the national maternal health crisis and to post bump photos—whether yours or a loved one’s—with the message: “Every mom deserves a safe pregnancy.”
Spread the word. Share the love. Save a life.
