What to Expect:

Over six weeks, you’ll enjoy weekly 90-minute sessions filled with tailored guidance just for your group. We’ll cover a variety of topics that may resonate with you, including infant feeding strategies, sleep tips for both baby and parents, the transition into parenthood, effective feeding positions, and how to communicate with your partner and family after baby arrives. Additional subjects like returning to work after maternity leave can also be explored.

Our Postpartum Community Groups are perfect for any new parent with an infant aged 2-8 weeks, but we welcome all parents with babies under four months at the start of the program.

$350 for six weeks of support and learning.
