The Father’s Day Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Baby Innovations LLC, with a primary location in Miami, FL. By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules (the “Rules”).
1. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins when the Sponsor announces it on Instagram (the “Announcement Post”) on June 12, 2024, and concludes at 11:59 pm EST on June 16, 2024 (the “Promotion End Date”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is exclusively open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (or the age of majority in their respective states). Entries are limited to individuals; businesses and commercial entities are not eligible. By participating, each individual accepts these Rules, agrees to comply with the Sponsor’s decisions, and affirms their eligibility. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, along with their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible. 3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, tag a dad with their “hands-on dad” nickname in the comments of the Announcement Post throughout the Promotion Period. Each dad can receive one (1) entry, but participants can tag multiple dads with separate comments.
4. PRIZES
Each winner will receive a hat, with a total approximate retail value for all prizes amounting to $1,250. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value; no other substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prizes are permitted. The Sponsor is solely responsible for the delivery of prizes and is not liable for their quality or utility. Winners will be responsible for any expenses not explicitly stated in these Rules.
5. WINNERS
There will be fifty (50) winners selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via direct message by June 19, 2024. The probability of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. If a winner does not respond within three (3) days or fails to accept the prize, or if the prize notification is undeliverable, the winner will forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, address, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation, as permitted by law.
6. WINNERS LIST
To obtain the first name, last initial, city, and state of the Promotion winners after the Promotion End Date, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked “Father’s Day Giveaway Winners List” to the Sponsor’s address, Attn: Marketing (Vermont and Washington residents do not need to include return postage). Requests must be received within 90 days after the Promotion End Date.
7. RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion.
