Hey there! We’re excited to share some updates about how we’re enhancing your experience with us. As one of the biggest fertility centers around, we have the unique ability to offer a comprehensive range of fertility services with our dedicated team available 24/7. This means we can continuously evaluate our success and ensure you get the best care possible.
To make your journey even smoother, we’re rolling out Patient Care Teams! Each of our six doctors will now lead a specialized team focused on providing personalized, coordinated care for their patients. The team includes:
- New patient coordinator
- Clinical nurse coordinator
- Floor nurse
- Medical assistant(s)
Our new patient coordinators are here to help you from the get-go. They’ll assist you in scheduling appointments, gathering medical records, and guiding you through the onboarding process to become a part of our community.
After your consultation with one of our reproductive endocrinologists, our clinical nurse coordinator will take over to streamline your treatment plan. They’ll connect with you via phone or in person to:
- Set up any necessary lab tests
- Create a treatment schedule
- Organize your medication
- Invite you to classes related to your treatment, like IUI or IVF orientation
Once all the preparatory steps are completed, and you’re ready to start your treatment cycle, you’ll meet with your doctor for ongoing appointments. You’ll also get to know your doctor’s dedicated floor nurse and medical assistants, who will be your support team throughout the treatment and early weeks of pregnancy.
We truly believe these Patient Care Teams will simplify communication and strengthen the relationship between you and our staff, making your experience even more rewarding.
