This month, Dr. Alex Greene, president of our center, is heading to Japan to share his insights on reproductive medicine. With the country’s birth rate hitting record lows, Dr. Greene’s expertise is more crucial than ever.
Upcoming Lectures
On May 17, he’ll be speaking at the Japan Society for Ova Research (JSOR) in Kobe, addressing over 700 professionals in the field. His talk, “Evaluating and Manipulating the Human Oocyte: Implications for Modern Clinical Care,” will delve into the latest research and techniques in reproductive health. JSOR has been a cornerstone for specialists since 1960, publishing a quarterly journal that keeps its members at the forefront of assisted reproductive technology.
Then, on May 19, Dr. Greene will present to a gathering of IVF doctors in Tokyo on “Innovations in Managing Infertility for Patients with Advanced Maternal Age.” Organized by Dr. Sato, this event highlights our center’s advanced options like ovum donation and comprehensive chromosome screening (CCS), which are not yet available in Japan.

Dr. Greene will also join an exclusive lecture by Mei Tanaka, Director of the International Fertility Network, where she’ll discuss alternative fertility care available to Japanese couples in the U.S. Mei has worked closely with Dr. Greene for nearly two decades, helping many couples navigate the process of receiving care from our center.
