Are you struggling with weight and looking to conceive? We have an exciting opportunity for you! A new program, in collaboration with Pulling Down the Moon, is launching on May 1st, and we’re looking for participants.

We need 3 women from the Chicago, IL area and 3 from Rockville, MD to join this pilot program focused on weight loss with a specific emphasis on fertility. The best part? Participants can access this program for FREE! This isn’t just about shedding pounds; it’s about understanding how extra weight can affect fertility, like causing inflammation, lowering insulin sensitivity, and impacting hormones.

What to Expect from This 8-Week Program

  • An initial one-on-one consultation with a Registered Dietitian
  • Seven group follow-up sessions
  • Fertility-specific nutritional supplements
  • Weekly NIR body composition measurements

Who Can Participate?

  • You must be able to travel to Chicago or Rockville for your initial consultation and weekly follow-ups, which are held on Thursday evenings in Chicago and Sundays in Rockville.
  • You should be willing to share your experience and “before and after” photos on social media or other platforms.
  • A BMI of 30 or higher is required to qualify for this pilot program.

If you’re interested, please reach out to us to reserve your spot, as spaces will be filled on a first-come basis. After the pilot, the program will be available for a fee, which includes the initial consultation, follow-up sessions, and body composition measurements. Nutritional supplements are optional and not included in the program cost.
