The Fertility Partnership has joined forces with VivaNeo, marking a significant step towards establishing the foremost fertility group in Northern Europe. The Fertility Partnership, known for its extensive fertility services, ultrasound pregnancy scans, and hormone treatments, operates 10 clinics in the UK and Poland. Following its acquisition by Impilo in March 2019, TFP has been on a growth trajectory.

VivaNeo GmbH, another major player in the fertility sector, operates 9 clinics across Germany, Austria, Denmark, and the Netherlands, employing around 300 staff. This merger will result in a combined network of 19 clinics in six countries, collectively delivering approximately 24,000 cycles and generating annual revenues of around 110 million EUR. Impilo is thrilled about this acquisition, reinforcing its strategy to create a leading pan-European fertility entity.

Announcement of Acquisition

Today, The Fertility Partnership announced its agreement to acquire VivaNeo from Waterland Private Equity. “We are truly excited to welcome the VivaNeo team into The Fertility Partnership family. Our shared commitment to excellence in fertility treatments and patient care during the IVF journey will enhance the experience for our patients,” said Lucy Turner, CEO of TFP.

The Impilo team shares this enthusiasm, with partner Ben Johnson stating, “This investment brings us closer to our goal of being the top provider of fertility services across Europe. We’re impressed with VivaNeo’s clinical reputation and dedication to superior patient care and are eager to support the growth of this combined entity.”
