How to Get Started:

Kick things off by booking a complimentary 15-minute phone call with Sara below. This is a chance to see if you connect and to get a glimpse of what therapy could look like for you. She’ll go over payment options, insurance details, and any questions you might have.

If you want to proceed, we’ll send you a link to schedule your first virtual 50-minute session, which is $225 and needs to be paid upfront. If your insurance allows, you can submit for reimbursement. Sara accepts a few insurance plans, so availability may vary.

What We Can Help With:

  • Managing anxiety or mood swings during pregnancy or after birth
  • Processing experiences surrounding birth or pregnancy loss
  • Navigating identity, boundaries, or relationship changes
  • Prioritizing your mental health needs
