A New Approach to Maternity Care
At Millie, we’re transforming the midwifery model to focus on inclusive and empowering care for all. Our aim is to improve maternal health outcomes by ensuring that midwifery-led care is standard in the U.S., with OB collaboration as needed. Beyond the clinic walls, we provide additional support through a handy app featuring educational resources, remote monitoring, and virtual services across specialties like lactation and mental health.
We proudly partner with Good Samaritan Hospital for labor and delivery, and our services are covered by major insurance plans, including Medi-Cal. Our diverse patient population inspires us to build a clinical team that reflects those we serve. At Millie, we’re dedicated to promoting health equity and culturally competent care while celebrating diversity within our team and the community. Join Our Team
Currently, we’re on the lookout for a full-time Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our new clinic in San Jose. Your role will involve providing comprehensive midwifery care, including prenatal, labor, and postpartum support, as well as gynecological services. Each patient is paired with a Millie Guide, a practicing doula, who offers emotional and educational support during their pregnancy journey. You’ll also have access to our app, which features a full perinatal curriculum to enhance your clinical practice.
What You’ll Do
As a Certified Nurse-Midwife, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering full-scope midwifery care during all stages of pregnancy and postpartum.
- Offering gynecological services like contraception and annual exams.
- Performing first-trimester dating ultrasounds and providing medication abortion services.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including obstetricians and therapists.
- Utilizing our app to keep communication open with patients.
Who You Are
We’re seeking a compassionate midwife with at least a year of experience in a full-scope setting. You should be committed to health equity, patient-centered care, and reproductive justice. What We Offer
You’ll be part of a supportive team aiming to redefine maternity care. We offer competitive salaries ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, along with benefits like medical insurance, a professional development stipend, and reimbursement for licenses.
