After five long years of trying to conceive, we found ourselves feeling utterly hopeless. We had gone through three rounds of IUI and were gearing up for IVF and even considering foster care when we decided to give home insemination a try. Although we experienced the joy of pregnancy three times, each ended in heartbreaking miscarriages. Feeling despondent, we consulted our doctor, who suggested anticoagulants. But it was during our next cycle with home insemination that everything changed—we finally became pregnant!

Now, we’re blessed with a beautiful, healthy 13-month-old son (yes, it took us a while to sit down and share our story!). We cannot express enough gratitude for this alternative method that helped us realize our dream of parenthood.

Did you encounter any hurdles? Required a sperm donor, faced unexplained infertility? It took us five years to find our way to success. We tried various medical interventions, including Clomid and IUI, and yes, we used frozen sperm.
