We’re a same-sex couple who tied the knot last year! In March, we decided it was time to start our family journey. After five months of trying at home with donor sperm and our trusty insemination kit, I took a test on September 10th. I didn’t want to disappoint my partner with another negative result, so I hid the test in a drawer. Later that evening, I noticed two lines! I boldly opened the shower curtain, turned off the water, and asked, “Do you see this?” Over the next few days, we took ten more tests, all came back positive! Now, I’m five weeks along!
How long were you trying before using the kit? 6 months or less. How many cycles did you use? 5.
