To qualify for a return, your kit must be unopened, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for boxes that have been opened, even if the contents remain sealed. Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You can read our complete policy here.
Please note that all pregnancy tests and insemination kits are non-refundable. Items marked as “Final Sale” during checkout are also non-refundable.
To begin the return process, please send your unopened and undamaged products to the address below in a secure shipping box. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return is confirmed.
If your product does not meet our return criteria, we will not be able to process your refund.
Did your product arrive damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email with any photos you have and retain the item for further investigation. We will provide a return shipping label to facilitate the return of the defective product. We do replace items that are found to be defective or damaged.
