Before you proceed, please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process. To qualify for a return, your kit must remain sealed in its original packaging and be undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if the kit box has been opened, even if the contents are still sealed. Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Important: Pregnancy tests and insemination kits are non-refundable. Any item labeled as “Final Sale” during checkout cannot be returned.
How to Begin the Return
To initiate your return, please send your unopened and undamaged products to the address provided below, using a secure shipping box. We recommend using a tracking service to confirm the arrival of your return.

If your returned product does not meet our return criteria, we will not be able to process your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We encourage you to keep the item and send us any photographs you may have. We will provide you with a return shipping label to help you send the defective item back for further inspection. We can replace items that are found to be defective or damaged.
