By joining our affiliate program, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions, as well as our community guidelines. By participating in the MakeAmom Affiliate Program offered by MakeAmom Inc. (the “Brand,” referred to as “MakeAmom”), you, referred to as the “Affiliate,” agree to the following:
Qualifying Links
You will receive a referral link via our tracking platform. To ensure we can track visits from your content to our site, you must use the HTML codes provided when linking to MakeAmom. All referral links must be do-follow.
Affiliate Responsibilities
The Affiliate agrees to:
- Allow the Brand to monitor their social media accounts and websites for compliance and reporting.
- Permit the Brand to use their name, likeness, and social profile links in campaign-related correspondence and post-campaign case studies.
- Treat all information related to the services they provide as confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
- Acknowledge that the Brand retains all rights to its intellectual property.
- Personally perform all required services.
- Ensure that all content created is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Grant the Brand a perpetual, transferable, and royalty-free license to use any content related to MakeAmom created by the Affiliate for reasonable purposes across all media.
- Understand that no employment or similar relationship exists between the Affiliate and the Brand.
- Indemnify and hold harmless the Brand and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the Affiliate’s breach of this agreement or other violations.
- Recognize that the Brand is not liable for any medical advice provided by the Affiliate.
No Right of Approval
The Affiliate waives any right to approve the Brand’s use of their work or likeness in any creative materials connected to the Affiliate’s contributions.
Payment
Commissions will be disbursed 60 days after the end of the month, provided the return policy period has elapsed. If a customer returns a product that generated commission, that commission will not be included in your payout. Commissions will be deemed void if the Affiliate’s link or codes are found on any discount or coupon sites. Affiliates must not use the terms “MakeAmom” in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Payments are processed via PayPal, and the Affiliate is responsible for ensuring their PayPal details are current within our tracking platform.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting a notice or sending an update via email. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may monitor the Affiliate’s online presence to ensure compliance with these terms. We can terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by notifying the other party.
Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from running ads for MakeAmom products through Google or Facebook (Meta) and may not use our trademarked name or product names in those ads.
